Payment and Cancellation policy

Payment and cancellation policy

Once a reservation has been made for guide services, Troutwater becomes completely committed to the reservation. We lose the right to offer the reserved space to other individuals or groups. As a result, payment for the trip is required at the time of making the reservation. Payment is non-refundable. The trip may be rescheduled to a future date within 12 months from the original reservation date. After 12 months, no refund or reschedule date is possible and the fee is forfeited. In the event of a guest cancelling a reservation, a twenty-four hour notice is necessary. If less than a twenty-four hour notice is given, the entire fee will be charged. The cancellation policy applies to all situations. We regret that exceptions cannot be made for personal emergencies.

Trips will proceed regardless of weather conditions as long as Troutwater deems conditions to be safe. Should a trip need to be cancelled due to weather or water conditions, it will be rescheduled within a 12 month period.

Troutwater reserves the right to cancel a trip for any reason, at any time, with no penalty to client. All deposits and fees will be refunded or the trip will be rescheduled.
